Raise Private Capital for the Entire Project

In this opportunity, the investor provides the total capital of the development and construction of an entire project. By investing the entire amount of a given project, the investor will realize a minimum of a 20% return, and often up to 25%. In this scenario, the funds will be placed with Constructora Hale Colombia S.A.S. and wired to our Colombian sister company of Hale & Manrique International Property Investments, LLC and held in escrow at a financial institution. These funds will be used towards the development and construction of the project. Upon completion of the project (usually projected at 3 years), the investor will receive their guaranteed and contractual return. All agreements are covered by legal contracts in both Colombia and the United States, as per our contracted law firm.

Raise Private Capital for Partial Funding of a Project

(Raise Private Capital for the financing of Residential Building Construction Projects, intended for short rentals in cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, Cartagena and Santa Marta, Colombia, South America).

In this opportunity, the investor provides partial capital of the development and construction of a project. By investing a partial amount in a given project, the investor will realize a return of 9% on their investment. By pooling your funds with other investors, you’ll get a piece of the premier Colombian market for a low minimum investment amount. In this scenario, the funds will be placed with Constructora Hale Colombia S.A.S. and wired to our Colombian sister company of Hale & Manrique International Property Investments, LLC and held in escrow at a financial institution. These funds will be used towards the development and construction of the project. Upon completion of the project (usually projected at 3 years), the investor will receive their guaranteed and contractual return. Unit Purchase

In this opportunity, the investor purchases a condominium within a particular Colombian project building.

The investor can choose in which project they wish to purchase their unit. These units will be purchased at a favorable rate as long as the project is in progress. These can then be used as a vacation home or to rent through digital platforms such as Airbnb.
