Founded in 2009, Constructora de Patrimonio Inmobiliario S.A. specializes in the development and construction of residential projects. With an eye for strategic land purchases, located in the up-and-coming areas of Colombia such as Bogota, Cartegena, Santa Marta, Medellin and other major cities.
Constructora Hale Colombia S.A.S. is headquartered in Bogota, Colombia. Hale-Manrique International Property Investments, LLC is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and raises capital for investors to take advantage of the favorable exchange rates now available.
We are a firm focusing on raising private capital for real estate investment and development in cities such as Bogota, Cartegena, Medellin and Santa Marta. These properties are intended for short rentals through digital platforms such as Airbnb, booking.com, Vrbo, etc. We also, market and manage these rentals.
